Registration Process

Step 2: The best way to learn about our system is by scheduling a tour or attending our annual open house in January. We also encourage you to explore our website. Schedule an appointment to meet with the School Principal for an interview and academic review (during the interview, you must provide a recent report card/progress report from your child's current school). For students entering grades 1-8, please have a school representative complete recommendation form from the child's current school.

Step 3: Once the applicant has successfully completed the initial inquiry, the school will contact them with instructions for completing and submitting an application through FACTS. 

Step 4: Upon acceptance a non-refundable registration fee is payable: ($125 for your first child, $115 for your second child, and $100 for your third child). The maximum registration fee is $340 per family. A copy of health and immunization records, birth certificate, and, if applicable, a baptismal certificate must be submitted to the Administrative Office.  

Step 5: When your child (or children) is (are) accepted, we ask that you complete a FACTS application in order to be considered for scholarships, financial aid, and tuition assistance (Kindergarten through Grade 8).
