Recognizing the need of many working parents to provide affordable, responsible supervision for their children during the period between the end of the school day and the end of the parents’ work day, our Extended Care Program is held daily from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and is open to students in Pre-K3 to Grade 8. Free Extended Care will be offered from 2:30 PM-3:00 PM for students in Pre-K who have siblings in other grades to help families with pick-up.
During the Extended Care Program, students participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities and enjoy a light snack. Students are also given time to complete homework.

New this year, the GWCRS Board of Directors has approved a sibling discount for families with more than one child in our extended day program. Reach out to our Administration Office for additional information.
As a reminder, payment is due on a monthly basis for families. All Extended Day fees are processed through FACTS Incidental Billing, with charges calculated and withdrawn monthly. All participating families are billed using the Incidentals Autopay option as part of their FACTS Tuition Management account.
