What a wonderful way to begin Catholic Schools Week with Bishop Richard Henning celebrating our Mass and then visiting our school following mass! We were honored to have the following clergy concelebrate the mass: Rev. Ryan Simas, Rev. Peter Lee, Msgr. Ronald Simeone, Rev. Richard Desaulniers, Rev. Michael Kelley, Msgr. Jacques Plante.
Students, faculty and alumni participated in the mass by altar serving, reading a welcome, reading of the day, prayer of the faithful and presenting gifts at the altar. A reception followed in the school gym.
Following the reception, we were happy to bring Bishop Henning on a tour of the school and he visited several classrooms. He was so very happy to see the children and talk with them. He even wanted to sit on the floor with Pre-K 4 to be at their level!
