Mrs. DeOliveira was happy to welcome Providence College All Star basketball player, Bryce Hopkins to Good Shepherd today. He, along with PC Athletic Director, Steve Napolillo, addressed the student body, staff and friends on the importance of education, athletics and well-being. Woonsocket Mayor Lisa Baldelli-Hunt also addressed the crowd. Following their addresses, Bryce participated in some basketball drills with our 8th grade basketball players. The children loved when he went through the audience and hi-fived everyone. He was kind enough to take time for pictures and autographs. We wish Bryce and the PC Basketball Team a successful 2023-2024 season. We will be rooting for you!
